Pratima, for obtaineing third rank for her school in her first public exam (7th standard) and being awarded scholarship by her school.
( I am sorry if I have missed reporting some more achievements for want of adequate feed back)
Family News in brief:
The
gruha pravesha function of the house built in record time by Sharmaji/Vani was held on 29th May. It was preceded by many homas on the previous evening. The functions was well attended. The house has been constructed on BDA site in Nagarabhavi- BangaloreViji has started a small library for children at his house in Mandya and is also providing free coaching to a few educationaly backward students for their seventh standard examionations.
The vedic rites for Leelamma and Indramma are being done regularly with solemnity and devotion by Lannu Jagan and Gopi. The eighth month's rites for Leelamma was done at the sriranga pattana kshetra. Godhana connected with the pre-sixth month rites for Indramma was done at Bangalore.
All the children in the family have secured high first class and have been promoted to the next classes.
The Preparations for Babu's wedding is in full swing. The Printed invitations have been distributed, and the pace of theJanathanada kelasagalu have picked up. Babu's arrival in India on 12th will be the curtain raiser for the big event
Kusuma and Neha, Ragini,Surama and children, Lannu Latha and Pavan and Shamarao bava have all returned to their bases.
Roopashri and Sachin are at Bangalore. Roopa is preparing for her MDS entrance exam. Akash wishes her success.
